Why did you start with bodybuilding?  

Years ago I was visiting a gym and a trainer asked me for a short workout. That was my first touch with iron. I also saw all those great bodybuilders especially my favourite Cory Everson and this inspired me to start lifting weights. I started reading muscle magazines and so I saw the possibility to reconstruct all parts of my body.

I love female muscles and I want to have as much as possible.

     
Other sports before bodybuilding?  

Schoolsports, running, swimming, later as a teeny I began with ballet and dancing.

     
Favourite food for weight reduction:   Chicken, turkey, potatoes and rice. Pineapples and broccoli.
     
Favourite food after competition:   Tortellini, pizza, ice cream, blueberry muffins and cheese cake.
     
Favoriten aerobic activity:   Biking, stepping. Ahead a competition I rise my aerobic activities.
     
Favourite nutrition supplements:   Coconut and banana protein, weigh gainer, hazelnut and strawberry bars.
     
If you could only do one exercise, which on would you choose?   Squats
     
Strongest muscles:   Biceps
     
Muscles that you like exercising:   All parts of muscles, my favourites are shoulders, back and biceps,
     
How many calories do you take daily?   On a diet I take 2.800 calories daily. In off-season I do not count calories. I just eat enough protein and good carbs. On weekends I like to eat some junk food�

If you won 1 million $$$, what would you buy?   I would buy a horse ranch where I could life with my boyfriend to have a great time together�
     
What would you change in sport if you could?   I think one cannot change very much, it is predetermined how every athlete has to appear and which kind of efficiency he or she has to show. More Support in prearrangement to a championship especially for the training, the alimentation and the financial burden.
     
What do you like doing in your spare time?  

With a full time job in a Gym and my Wrestling activities as a bodybuilder the spare time for other activities are very limited. The little time I have not spending my time on our sport I just love to stay at home and relax in my house in a little village. A few miles away from my home there is my horse which I spend most the free time in riding into the beautiful nature. With a full time program most off the week quietness and peace have high priority. The rest off the time in the week, I share sometimes with my boyfriend.

     
Who is your favourite woman bodybuilder?   Cory Everson at her top carrier. She is still the best. I was reading a lot from her and she gave me the big motivation for my bodybuilding carrier. I like her body and personality.
     
What is your sport goal?   To participate at the Ms. Olympia contest. That would be great
